The file was not necessarily shared via LimeWire. It could have been "any" Gnutella network program, and there are a great many of them. Shared files are shared from the users point, not a server as Remoc said.

Sounds like you need to check your friend's list to see who might be responsible as they will have the video somewhere of their choosing to share it from.
