That's not your uploads, their the Ultrapeers you are connected to.
LW Basic users connect thru 3 ultrapeers to connect to the gnutella network.

To see your uploads, click on Monitor window. You can also see your upload speed to the right of the download speed at bottom right of LW's interface. In your case, just above the Local Disk tab in blue.

I see two things, (1) you are sharing 130 files. (2) you are behind a firewall which will be affecting your uploads. If uploads are affected, it can also upset your downloads.

The firewall icon (Brick Wall), means it could either be due to your software firewall, the NAT in your modem/router, else due to something else, such as your ISP.
