MP3 files filled with zeros. I am still unsure if this is due to malware, or possibly Ccleaner getting over-ambitious. After downloading some mp3 material a while back which all seemed to pass the tests as genuine I went to play some older tunes from the library without success.
Investigation showed that a small percentage of the files had been overwritten with all zeros, but remained the same length as original. I was wondering if any one else had encountered this?
I do not run dynamic anti-virus as this is an old & slow m/c, but subsequent scans revealed nowt.
