Are you attempting to download directly to the scan disk card? If yes, that's probably why. Unfortunately LW does not always work well with external drives, especially USB ones.

Not sure why you are getting that error, but at a guess the file is not a legitimate audio file. Try playing the files first to be sure they work properly.
