360Share Pro question - help My computer (hard drive, motherboard...the whole 9 yards) crashed this week due to a power outage. I have had 360 SharePro (the lifetime membership) for 4 years and never had any problems. 2 years ago my ISP went out of business, so I had to change my email address...I did not alert 360 SharePro as it was an icon on my desktop and worked perfectly. Now, I have a new computer, and different email, and I cannot download my 360 SharePro, because they want my email address and password, and since I don't have that email address anymore, and surely don't remember the password from 4 years ago, I seem to be out of luck. There is no tab on their website for this kind of problem. Tech support wants your email address and password, and that's precisely my problem! Any ideas, or do I have to buy another lifetime membership? Thank for your help! |
