It's not the first one. We are aware of others. One of which was by designed by one of the original LimeWire programmers who left them some years back. Your version is still in beta stage, and not available on all platforms yet. As you know I attempted to try it out, but since I use a mac I was unable to get it to connect since it's not yet compatible with Mac OSX.

How are you dealing with the legal side of p2p sharing with the program (ie: copyright material)?
