wow that was fast lol. So you did try removing both java & LW & installing the offline versions of both?

Have you tried changing the compatibility mode options of LW? It sometimes fixes issues. Also setting LW to run as Admin.

If still issues after trying those things, I'd suggest removing LW, then installing an earlier version.

BTW I use an intel mac & I cannot run LW 4.18 on it. I had to step back to LW 4.16, however you are probably the first windows intel user I've seen with same issue.
