simply point LW to the folder and make it shared...then the files will be shown in LW...

or you can go into LW and determine just exactly what it has set as the shared folder, and move those files into said shared folder...there are actually a lot of possibilities as to how you can deal with this setch...the most important thing is that you have apparently succeeded in moving over the actual mp3 files as opposed to some sort of playlist file (m3u)...

simply double clicking on one of the mp3 files will make WMP open up and start playing said file...
