That does not make sense. LW does not automatically add songs to any playlist except the LW Playlist in iTunes. But that's simply most recently downloaded music files. So it will show there regardless. Perhaps more preferable playlist in iTunes is the Most Recently Played or Added playlist.
BTW you can turn off your LW playlist in iTunes preference options. Under the Shared Tab.
