For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? i dont know, how do i check

Have you moved house, changed internet plan or ISP etc etc? i think it started when i added windows live oncare and i wasent aware that to much anti viruses programs is bad and i had like 4 but now i only have 1 and no firewall
