That's due to your Junk file settings. And believe me, sometimes if not often the junk filter 'can' get it wrong. You need to train it. The Junk filter is a 'dynamic' filter, and 'mostly' only knows what you tell it to.
As you can see from my settings below, I choose to show Junk files at bottom of search results so I can continually double-check files that may not really be junk. And in many cases are not. When you see 0/135, etc. that means some results are being filtered out either via junk filter, else the filter types to the left such as file type, artist, or whatever you choose to show there for the type for search.
