What do all of the icons mean?

There are so many selections to choose from when downloading. Is there any way of knowing which song selection may have a virus, or may not be the right song. EXAMPLE: I downloaded one song and when I listened to it, it was something totally different! The first thing that went through my mind was "I hope this didn't have a virus". How do I know
