It means LW has detected a corruption in the file & had problems redownloading the corrupt or missing parts. LW will attempt to redownload up to six times I think it is. Reason for corruption might be the original file somehow changed it's details such as with information tagging, else the problem is at your end, possibly with a highly fragmented or partially corrupt drive.
