Go to LW's menu bar, Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> System Startup which is at bottom of list, uncheck option & press apply & ok buttons. OR, if you wish LW to open as soon as you boot up your computer, check that option instead.

LW attempts to find hosts for all the files, it will check up to 6 hosts before giving up. In many cases those hosts are offline or unreachable at the time, etc. So it's best to re-search the file to try to find hosts for the file.

BTW you can set LW to close immediately if you wish, that's up to you. Tools -> Options -> System Tray option.
