my hard drive is starting to make sounds like its working real hard and its not. It also goes alot slower than before, I am thinking it could be due to age but i bought it in early january, any suggestions?

i have over441 gb left so space is not a problem. i have downloaded 800mb/s for hours on end quite frequently in the past im sure that must be the source of wear and tear but its quicker than expected.
