I was having the same problem !! But what lord of the rings said is right. I just FINALLY got a skin to work !) Unclick the "hide extensions for known file types" in the themes folder options & then you will be able to see the .zip extension and just rename it to .lwtp it'll tell you that this could cause system instability and ask if you're sure just say okay cuz IT WORKS =)
