But yes, as the gnutella network develops, those clients that refuse to update along with it & use techniques that are now outside of the gnutella protocol/legal techniques are not allowed to be connected to due to their aggressive techniques. Less ultrapeers for them would make it very difficult for them to connect. Which makes me wonder why some clients are so stubborn to spend a little time to update accordingly. Both LW & FrostWire had gnutella connection issues themselves each at stages over past year & half, due to various reasons. I could say more but perhaps not necessary, .. a simple connection problems search will find the reason.
Was getting over 700 KB/s a couple days ago with downloads with LW, my connection is not as fast as some people's.
