Yes port range between 49152 - 65535 are not officially used & usually the last ones that any ISP will choose to place any preventions upon if they are using any port restriction stategies. Thank you for posting back.
The sad thing is most ISPs in UK now have some kind of anti-p2p sharing approach. And many ISP's are under the same owners (retaining their original name however) thus use same or similar attitudes & approaches. Corporate take overs & owning as much of the ISP ranges as possible seems to be their aim. O.o Tiscali is a good example of such, now taking over much of UK's ISPs, but most of their users are unaware who their real owner is.
