2) You are obviously using LW Pro if getting 10 hosts per file. Only if you are running as an ultrapeer can you get up to 14 hosts per files. Similar question was asked here How do i remove the limit of hosts i can download from in Limewire PRO

1) Unfortunately the file you have chosen has a corruption. At some point LW has detected the corruption & you clicked yes to continue downloading & also clicked the 'always use this answer' option. So you would not be asked again. That happens to me now & again. And always the same file. Try to find the file from a different source if possible.
