Also, if you go to View menu, Show/hide -> show Connections window, right-click the heading bar & choose to show vendor/version & if you see any version of LW less than 4.18 then select 'one only', and click remove. Your connection will struggle for a minute or few until it finds a fresh ultrapeer to keep you connected. Once the connection has stabilised, try your search again, but try one you have never tried before, not repeating same search words.
