Is your firewall setup to allow Limewire full access to your computer -- if not do that now - ensure that you only have 1 firewall running. windows XP & Vista come with a firewall, so if you have a antivirus suite which includes a firewall disable the windows firewall.Also if you have a modem/router this will have a firewall which needs to be reconfigured to allow LW.

Limewire Links (below) click on (If LW will not connect) and go through these fixes -- if still no good click on (system details) fill in and post back here
