At the top of each forum section (eg Open Discussion, Connection Problems, Download/Upload Problems) there are threads with a red Sticky next to them. They're the threads that have answers to common questions. This thread is in the Open Discussion section - so if you look at the top of the section, you'll see the stickies (click on the image below).
