Is LW properly connected (all blue/green connection bars)?
Don't run Windows & McAfee firewalls together. Running 2 software firewalls will cause problems - the firewalls can conflict with each other & neither one will work properly
Turn off Vista's firewall & configure McAfee to allow LW. This link has info:

In LW go tools > options > advanced > firewall. Do you have 'use UPnP' ticked or do you have 'manual port forward' ticked? If you're using UPnP, make sure that UPnP is enabled within your router (check your manual for info about that).
If using UPnP isn't helping, try port forwarding. The instructions are here:

LW's listening port, port in the 'manual port forward' box & port forwarded within router config need to all be the same number
