Default Can't Play LimeWire MP3 Downloads

Hi,

I am a new user to the MP3 download scene. I recently purchase unlimited music downloads ($35) using the LimeWire software 4.18.8.

I am running Windows XP, Media Player 11 and Itunes 8.0.

I was able to successfully install LimeWire software and download several songs with the MP3 or MWA formats to my shared folder. However, I cannot play any songs I've downloaded because the file formats are not compatable with either the Windows Media Player and the Itunes player.

My next step was to download the AVS Audio Converter AND STILL NO RESULTS.

Why is this so hard? All of the research and reading has left me very frustrated. LimeWire MP3 downloads are unusable to me in it's current format and I am ready to ask for a full refund. I am very disappointed over why LiveWire's promise of providing unlimited music that is unusable to me no matter what media player I use. Add to that the annoying invitation to upgrade to LiveWire Pro to download unusable MP3 music files at turbo speed.

It is my hope that after investing all of this time (hours) and money, that someone can give me a simple, straightforward answer on how to use the MP3 formats I've downloaded.

PLEASE HELP!

Lancer
