That's the sacrifice for using AOL, you never know exactly which ISP you are really going through. If you wish to change ISP, I'd highly recommend doing research to find those that are not p2p unfriendly as many ISPs in UK now are owned by multinational companies who have expanded into the UK (they still retain their older business name). An example of such a multinational company (anti p2p sharing) is Tiscali.
