I highly doubt your location has anything to do with it
To fix this problem here's what I did:
- Use LimeWirePro only for Music search/downloads
- Use another BitTorrent Client for all my Torrents
(with uTorrent I'm able to download up to 15 files at the same time, and for some reason, I'm getting way better transfer speeds than LW)
Some claim it's a limitation set by Windows Vista Home Edition but this problem doesn't apply in uTorrent, oh well.
By the way, my Internet is cable, 10mb/s Up and Down, so Limewire has no reason to limit my simultaneous downloads to 5...
