Yes, from now on never use an inferior torrent client again.

Vuze HD Network µTorrent - The Lightweight and Efficient BitTorrent Client

Delete the preference folder and the incomplete folder in limewire. Then go to settings and turn off anything associating it with BitTorrent downloads.

Edit: Oops yeah forgot to mention that. Remember to delete the incomplete and the preference folder while Limewire is closed.
