You can still add these things to LW 5; (a) Problems with the search, __ (b) Hostiles List, which may help your search results. Also, if you are getting only spam results, removing an ultrapeer & waiting several minutes until connection re-stabilizes may also help.

Besides, you can always downgrade back to LW 4.18, just click on the 'Old Versions' link on the right side of the download page.
