I haven't seen that error yet Is that all it said - nothing to give you more of a clue what the problem was?

Try searching again for the file. Either start a whole new search or right click on the original search tab > find more results.

Check the file before download with Bitzi - if other people have rated the file then you'll get some idea if it's good or bad.
