I have tried all of those suggestions and nothing works still.

No, it does not give me any other information, except an error box pops up and in the title it says Download then in the actual box it says sorry, there was a problem downloading your file.

If anyone else has advise that would be WONDERFUL!!!

When I have time next, I'm going to try and uninstall LW5 and then reinstall it to see if that helps.

I don't know what else to do.
