Odd .. most browsers allow you to recontinue a download. Have you tried stopping & restarting. I'm not sure how the cheap version pro works & whether you get a 2nd chance at downloading it however. You could try pausing & starting 'if' your browser allows that. I'd hope you're not using M$'s internet explorer.
