You should only be using one version of Java with LW. And yes, on some people's systems, one version of Java works better with LW than others.

Maybe your ISP is blocking LW or the connection port it's using.

The ip's you see in connections window is ultrapeers your LW is attempting to connect to. It should be connected to 5 for Pro.
