I am not sure what is going on here any more. I have tried the suggestions provided but now I can't seem to find what I am looking for. I enter the name of an artist and I get several results of just the name but no music no other information.

How do I get my money back from this company that claims that they are offering a good product but in reality it isn't a good product. I am starting to think it's a fraud.
