Perhaps drop both your download & upload speeds slightly. Also disable Ultrapeer capabilities. LW's menu bar, Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Transfers. For Ultrapeer setting, Super Really Advanced tab -> Performance, check Disable Ultrapeer & all other options on that window. Some others can affect CPU or connection also.
