Do you know which firewall Rogers is giving you? The only info that I can find suggests that it's NPF:

And when you set up port forwarding, did you use these instructions (refers to LimeWire but that's fine because everything's the same & FW isn't in the list of programs yet):

FW's listening port, port in the 'manual port forward' box & port forwarded within your router must all be the same number.

Don't worry that it refers to LW - things are the same for FW. Where you see 'LW' or 'LimeWire' just substitute FW or FrostWire
