Using Mac OSX 10.4 you will not have access to LW 5 due to LW 5's need for Java 1.6 which is only available on 64-bit intel macs in OSX 10.5 Leopard.
However you will still have access to LW Pro versions for LW 4. I'd suggest you send a message to limenathan (click on link) to get it sorted out. LW just in recent days changed their options ... it appears no longer having a 6 month option.
