New operating system? Vista or ... ? Here's things to try.
1.
http://www.gnutellaforums.com/333278-post2.html but use your offline installer if you have one. Pro is always an offline installer. Also, before installing: delete the LW preferences folder;

2. If using Vista, set the installer to run as Administrator. After installing, set the LW program to run as administrator. Do each by right-clicking the file & choose Run as Admin.
