if you truly did transfer all of the files off of your old HDD to the new one then the downloads you acquired are in those files...perhaps do a search for a specific file you know you downed?...that should find the exact directory (folder) they now reside in...

as far as the program....you're SOL...unless you saved the original installer, in which case it is also somewhere in those files you transferred over...
