If you still have valid Pro support (if you bought the 6/12 month support), you will find the Pro Beta version link on right side of your pro download page.

And no, LW do not hand out Pro versions betas for free so neither can I post a Pro Beta link on the forums.

I guess re-installing Java is not for you. My LW 5.1.3 works fine.
