When you re-installed Java, did you download the Offline installer, then remove all previous Java versions first before re-installing Java & reboot the computer after installing (running CCleaner after removing all previous versions & before reinstalling Java)?[/quote]
I had officially done everything except the reboot after the installation of java so I did that hoping the reboot would be the differtried the comence once it rebooted I ran the installer as admin installed it, unchecked the run frostwire after installation and instead when it was done I clicked on the short cut ran as as admin and still the same I'm officially sad because it had worked perfectly before and was so much better then LW and now not even that works. I also tried the compatibility to XP thing. I lso tried Java 11-13 as well as of course 14 which was the one I had when FW was working and currently switched back to.
