Unfortunately, no, LimeWire 5 doesn't support themes
and as a LW skinner myself, i waited months on end for the release of 5, only to realise this.

I'm making a few more skins very soon, anything in particular you would like to see on a skin? Chuck me a few ideas if you fancy it.
