They bust a LOT of people for not a lot of big bads.

China is the number one source of viruses.
The Chinese government knows EXACTLY who is doing this work.
The Chinese government goes apesh-t about some Gwen Stefani video downloads but does nothing against the organized crime.

Viruses and spyware scam sites are not being organised by spotty-faced 13 year old geek poster-kids.
They are being created and maintained and protected by 'organized crime groups' and governments, ESPECIALLY the Chinese.

So, where can I cast my vote to prevent this, huh?
