And big thanks to all of the loyal users who have looked past the ignorant, misinformed comments that I had to remove from BearShare.Net. It is these users who have helped the new people out and really went beyond the call of duty. I welcome you to the new forum (coming soon). |
Vinnie, you are vulgar and abusive to anyone who is critical of you. You have shown yourself to be vindictive and spiteful. You have never explained the encrypted packets to anyone's satisfaction. You gave some lame explanation about update notices but never explained why these packets were encrypted. In my opinion you are not to be trusted when it comes to file-sharing software. I won't have any of your privacy-invading crapware on my machine and I will urge anyone who will listen to remove it from theirs. You need to grow up and begin acting like an adult instead of slinging vulgar insults and trying silence anyone who has a viewpoint different from yours.
To anyone reading this who may be trying to decide which gnutella servent to use, I would suggest ANYTHING BUT BEARSHARE. It can't be trusted. I have found that Gnucleus serves my needs better than any other servent I've tried. It contains no spyware and is open source.
