Is it a torrent file or a gnutella network file?
Try re-searching the file ... then right-click the search tab & choose Find More Results. This can often push it going faster again.

You can only download as fast as others will let you, or as much bandwidth as they have available. You might find 90 people in search results, but unless you are running as an ultrapeer you can only connect to a maximum of 10 of them as a Pro user (Basic users only 8). So you are not really downloading from 90 people if it's the gnutella network the file is on.

You might find at a different time of day or another day the file downloads faster.
