You might wish to add LW as an exception to your firewall; Setting up an exception for LimeWire in your software firewall (click in link) giving it both TCP & UDP clearance since LW uses both for various reasons. I guess there's also the question of whether you are really 'fully' connected with all green bars at bottom left of screen.
