I'm getting the same thing, and frankly it's getting very annoying.
I have LW2.0.2pro and it still happens. As for the speed, it seems great. I'm downloading anywhere from 80k to 230kbs. not bad.

I've been using this one for a while, but I want to know what the most recent version is. It seems like the developers are producing a new version quite regularly.
