They should be facing charges as accessory's prior and after the fact.After all if a normal person (ie. blue collar) ahd helped someone do the same they would be hammered by the judical system.Also if you look hard enough I wouldn't be surprised if most of them get contrabutions in one form or another from the companies crying about there profit drops.Your article links should be read by everybody as they give a lot of insight.Great thread you put up and great research, I found it very informing.
