Question Problem= "Could Not Initialize RTF Control"
My WIN98SE Machine will not let me install any Gnutella Clients. Upon installation and prior to any type of antil virus or firewall, all gnutell clients give me the dreadfull error "Could Not Initialize RTF Control"-----What Does This Mean??????
