The shared 'LimeWire Tunes' playlist will show up when iTunes sharing is enabled within LW

Go into LW's preferences > iTunes > Sharing & see whether iTunes sharing is still enabled. If not, tick the box to share your music > apply > ok.
If sharing is enabled, disable it > apply > ok. Then go back & enable it again.
