Well, unfortunately the first step of the Fix For Isps Blocking Limewire worked but only for about 2 minutes.
And the rest of that forum is to no avail since Frostwire has completely different settings and options.
I also tried the number in the port-changing forum, 64049. Didn't seem to do anything.

The only idea I can think of is to download Limewire, then try the Fix For Isps Blocking Limewire forum so that it can apply. But I won't do that until I get an OK or alternate plan from one of ya'll.

As for changing ISPs, I really wish I could, but our internet is paid for by my boyfriend's business- and losing it means he loses his job. Hopefully he will so we can change ISP xD jk.
